On rare occasions, our tours do not meet their minimum numbers. If this happens, we would be happy to run the tour just for you at our cost price to ensure that you do not miss it. You can simply pay the difference between what you have paid and our cost for running the tour.

We will contact you the evening before your tour if your tour has not met the minimum number of participants, so please remember to include your hotel or cell phone contact information if you will not have email access in your booking notes and let us know if you are interested in this option. This option is valid only for tours booked at least 7 days in advance. Please see minimum number guarantee per tour below:
Original Florence Walk: Minimum 5 people required for tour to run. Minimum amount to be paid in case the tour does meet the minimum group number: 125 Euros. (Example: There should be a collective amount of 5 clients signed up for this tour. In the case that there are 3 people in the group and you wish for the tour to go out, you may pay the difference for the remaining 2 spots).
