The Guest Houses

Three houses on the estate have been carefully restored and converted into comfortable guest houses, furnished with family antiques and equipped with every modern convenience.

The Main Villa

In addition to the guest houses, the villa itself, generally closed to the public but available for your exclusive use, has another seven double bedrooms in which to host your guests

Ceremony:

A charming 17^th Century chapel, with standing room for up to 45 people, allows you to exchange vows right there on the estate.

Reception:

The ground floor of the Villa, comprised of two salons, an interior colonnaded courtyard, and various meeting spaces, is available for receptions and other special events.  The reception halls can accomodate up to 200 guests. The estate, with its manicured lawns and beautiful gardens, also offers the possibility to hold outdoor receptions for up to 500 people.

Catering:

Our staff can arrange for a fantastic menu, from hors d’ouvres and cocktails to first and second courses and, of course, a gorgeous wedding cake for dessert.  Beautiful table settings and centerpieces and impeccable service will make your wedding lunch or dinner truly unforgettable.

Pricing:

Accomodations (for exclusive use of the entire property including all three guest houses and the bedrooms inside of the main villa ):

18,000 Euro per week, for shorter stays pricing can be adjusted

Reception:

130 to 200 Euro per person depending the number of partcipants and the location, indoors or outdoors, of the reception.

Catering:

110 Euro per person depending upon the menu.

Terms and conditions:

Payment:

A deposit of 20% of the total payment, for accomodations and/or reception facilities, is due upon reservation.

30% of the total balance is due within three months of arrival or the date of the event. 

The remaining balance, or 50 % of the total payment, is due within 1 month of the arrival or date of the event.

Cancellation:

Half of the initial 20% deposit can be refunded if the event/arrival is cancelled within 6 months of the first date of service.

Events cancelled less than 6 months before the first date of service will forfeit 80% of any payments made up to the date on which the cancellation is made.
