Catering in Italy: fabulous food and gorgeous table settings included. Most receptions begin with a cocktail hour (or 11/2 hours is more likely) including passed hors d’ouvres with many options from true Tuscan fare such as crostini, bruschetta, prosciutto and a cheese buffet with honeys and jams (including a wheel of parmesan) or a lighter cuisine with shrimp, savory pastries and canapés and of course champagne. A seated dinner may follow. For a more casual affair, we can do a buffet offering a similar menu or something completely different. The possibilities are endless. In order for us to work up a proposal - let us know what type of meal you would like - seated or buffet, how many first courses, fish, meat or both, a separate dessert at the table, etc. The catering companies that we use are the best in Italy. The catering would also include beautiful table settings, damask tablecloths, white glove service and 1 waiter per 10-person table.   Costs approx. 100 euros per person + 10% VAT for seated dinner below.  Champagne and open bar not included.
