Do you want the magic & romance of Italy for the setting of your special day but feel somewhat daunted by the bureaucracy and organization in a foreign language? Let us take care of it for you.

We work with the Best Wedding Planners in Florence and Tuscany to ensure your very special day goes smoothly.

It is highly recommended to have a specialist wedding planner who knows Florence and Tuscany well and is able to deal with the Italian bureaucracy. If you are interested in wedding planning services for a competent wedding planner, be prepared to pay fees commencing at 1,500 € for the equivalent of 25 hours. It is vital that you only have a licensed travel agency organize your accommodation and touring plans as many 'fly by night' companies exist in Italy.

Tuscany, Italy is a fabulous place to plan a destination wedding as there are many incredible locations and Italy’s marvels has so much to offer to you and your guests.

When to begin: For most weddings we ask that you plan with a minimum of 6 months in advance.   In some cases, civil weddings can be planned on shorter notice.

Where to begin: We will need to start with an understanding of what you are looking for and how you imagine your wedding.  By responding to the following questions, we will be able to get a clearer vision of your special
day or week:

1) Please let us know approximately what you would like to spend and for what services?

2) How many people do you expect to be at your wedding? Two or two hundred?

3) What type of wedding and reception do you envision – the possibilities are endless?  Religious or civil ceremony?  What is your religion?

4)Locations: Rustic Countryside Elegance or Grand Florentine style (Grand Hotel, Palace, Country Villa, Castle)? Daytime wedding with casual lunch reception or a formal dinner party with music and dancing?

5) Would you like accommodation to be arranged and for how many people – what category of hotel or countryside B&B are you looking for 3,4 or 5 star? Would you be interested in a weekly rental at a villa, castle, farmhouse or luxury hotel?

6) What dates do you plan to be in Tuscany and what day would you like to be married?  Do you think you will take a planning trip to Italy prior to your wedding? This process will lead us to the right location for your wedding.

We will put you in contact with our wedding consultant if you need any more information or
