Making a reservation –Private Tours/Transfers
To avoid disappointment as our services book up quickly we recommend making your reservations at least two weeks in advance of your departure.In high season we recommend at least a month before your departure....high season is May to the end of October.
The sooner you book the better!
The Process
1. Fax us safely and securely by using our PDF reservation form with your credit card details.
2. Note the details of the tours/transfers and participant details with your alternative dates in case the tour is already fully booked on the date your requested
3. Tick that you agree to the terms and conditions
4. We will confirm with a voucher with the meeting points and times and dates of all tours/transfers you have requested
5. If the tour/transfer you requested is not available we will get back to you and will not debit your credit card
