The Clemente Apartments are comprised of several self-catering studio apartments of varying sizes and two other apartments that can accommodate from two to six people. The apartments are all fully-equipped to provide a comfortable and affordable vacation or work/study period. Tastefully and simply furnished all of the apartments have airconditioning except the one in the Santo Spirito district of the Oltrarno, and all of them have a TV. The owner has been thoughtful enough to provide all of the flats with brochures, guide books, and other useful information. The larger apartments have a dishwasher, washing machine, and one has a washer/dryer. The apartments are available for short or long periods.

All of the apartments have good-quality stoveware, dishes, and utensils. Sheets and towels are provided and changed on a weekly basis when the apartments are cleaned. Extra cleaning service and sheet/towel changing is provided for an extra cost. The apartments are heated and several of them also have airconditioning and a washing machine. One of the flats has a dishwasher as well. One studio flat on the third floor and one three bedroom flat on the 5th floor in the Santo Spirito district are without elevators which all the others have. Parking may be available on request at the moment of the reservations.

The flats are in various locations in the center of Florence and are therefore near all the major sites, shopping, and museums. One of the larger, older apartments is in the Oltrarno area of Santo Spirito. This is only 5 minutes from the historic center and is considered to be one of the nicest and most interesting neighbourhoods of Florence.

The Clemente Apartments have excellent locations in Florence's central area. Even the apartment in the Santo Spirito area is directly across the bridge from the center and only minutes from all the important museums and sights. The Duomo is only a minute's walk from all of these flats. The central market of San Lorenzo is nearby and the Santo Spirito square has its own daily market with clothing and produce vendors. The train station is about 10 to 15 minutes from all of these places and the Florence airport is at 20-25 minutes.
