Olio Novo e Gusti d'Autunno – New Oil and Tastes of Autumn
Impruneta (about 10 km from Florence), October 25-26
Impruneta's Olio Novo e Gusti d'Autunno is a celebration of the production of extra virgin olive oil in the region. The programme includes food stands offering specific dishes designed to enhance the full flavour of olive oil, meetings organised by the Slow Food Movement, the international association that promotes healthy eating, and guided visits to olive groves.
